COVID-19 Self-Declaration for Tulsa Auto Show Attendees, Exhibitors and Staff.

While attending the Tulsa Auto Show I affirm that:

1. I will wear a mask or face covering in accordance with the City of Tulsa mask ordinance.

2. I will have my temperature scanned upon entering the show floor.

3. I do not currently have COVID-19.

4. I do not have any COVID-19 related symptoms.

5. I am not awaiting a COVID-19 test result.

6. I will only eat and drink in the areas designated for food and drinks.

7. I will not eat or drink on the show floor.
